Me and my dog Bosco go on hikes in the nature preserves near my home. What a great companion. Peep the eucalyptus tree in the upper left hand corner. Quite sparse and thin and tall. These trees are not only invasive to California, they contribute to forest fires and animal deaths by way of their noxious and sticky and exploding sap. They were brought here from Australia in attempts to start a new hardwood business. Funny that these trees immediately failed as their wood was ass as hardwood. Now we have tons of acres of eucalyptus and all they do is release chemicals that kill the plants surrounding them and contribute to wildfires.
