To be frank with you, I am still a bit scared of things under the bed, I have had my mattress on the floor for over 10 years, I thought it was just because I was financially strained…but I realize now the truth LOL. And while we are on the subject of underbed areas, here is a little family lore. Under my bed when I was growing up, there was a box that inside had the bones of my uncle who had died in the Korean War. For some reason it was there for until I was 10 years old, and it was after this that grandpa Mexas finally decided to bury them in the family plot. For some reason, it never bothered me.
